A comprehensively equipped HOLZMA angle panel saw system featuring HOMAG combiTec technology and automatic lifting table feeding.
The system offers a longitudinal cutting length of 5,600 mm and a cross-cut length of 2,200 mm. An 18 kW main saw motor, a saw blade projection of 95 mm, and a variable feed speed of up to 150 m/min form the foundation for industrial panel cutting.
Equipment includes 16 twin-finger clamps, a turntable integrated into the machine table, and a lifting table that allows for loading from both sides. The system is further enhanced by a motorized, camera-assisted scoring saw adjustment, the HOLZMA thin-panel cutting package, and HOMAG combiTec technology.
Additional features include the HOMAG program for cutouts and stress-relief cuts, HOMAG Power-Loc, the HOLZMA "Tick-Tack" system, a head-cut device, and the HOLZMA dynamic package for the pressure beam.
Operation is handled via the HOLZMA CADMATIC 4.5 PROFESSIONAL PowerTouch control system with a touchscreen.
