1. BEARING UNIT

2. DRYING / HEATING
Hot air generator, robust construction, designed and engineered in Italy, lined with high-temperature resistant refractory material (Samota brick), cast iron furnace, 1200000 Kcal, fed by a spiral conveyor with wood material. Combustion inside the furnace is maintained by a fan of 2.2 kW (primary air), two fans of 0.25 kW and a fan of 0.55 kW, which generate heat energy of 1400 kW / h to remove water required are wet wood material, material with 35% humidity. The fire can be supplied with wood material in the form of a parallelepiped of maximum 15 mm x 15 mm x 5 mm (chips) or sawdust. Flue gas outlet, made of longitudinally welded sections of rolled sheet metal, at the ends provided with drilled flanges for mounting.
