TURNER PT2 – Panel Turner
Double-cone turning unit designed to rotate panels from the transverse direction to the longitudinal direction.
• Infeed transfer:
Straight roller conveyor, built in two sections. Roller pitch 100 mm, diameter 65 mm, PVC-coated. Driven by belts powered by a gearmotor controlled by an inverter.
• Double-cone rotation unit:
Large outer cones positioned outside the transfer line and operating independently. Single motorization (lower cone) via gearmotor controlled by an inverter. Motorized adjustment of the distance between the cones, controlled by an encoder according to the panel thickness.
• Outfeed transfer:
Roller conveyor slightly inclined to the left. Roller pitch 128 mm, diameter 65 mm, PVC-coated. Driven by belts powered by a gearmotor controlled by an inverter.
• Electrical cabinet:
Equipped with a main electrical control cabinet and a command PC with BECKHOFF user interface. The keyboard allows input and modification of the main data without accessing the CNC control. Real-time display of operator messages, diagnostics, alarms, and instructions. Direct modification of operating parameters.
