High-quality finished products – the 3-roller model is an ideal solution for feeding strips and small-to-medium-sized components. With two infeed rollers and one outfeed roller, the workpiece is fed consistently and evenly throughout the entire operation, significantly improving the quality of the final products.
Quick setup – a speed selector allows for rapid adjustment between two speed settings and quick switching of the feed direction (forward/reverse); a total of 4 speeds can be achieved by adjusting the internal gearing.
Perfect grip – the 50-Shore rollers, made from patented "Feeder Grip" rubber, offer exceptional durability and superior traction on the workpiece.
Safety as a core value – a power feeder enhances safety by handling the workpiece near the cutting tool, while keeping the operator's hands at a safe distance. Its effectiveness depends on specific design and manufacturing criteria. Maggi power feeders are the only ones designed and manufactured in Italy that comply with EU safety standards.
Universal stand (optional) – for easy positioning and adjustment of the feeding unit on the machine tool. It is easy to mount, stable, and robust: the base, cross-piece, tube, joint, and flange are made of cast iron, while the two columns are crafted from heavy-duty, precision-ground steel. Steel handles and adjustment handwheels allow for quick and accurate positioning.
High adaptability – the 20mm-diameter roller suspension, featuring calibrated gears, ensures stable and uniform feeding of workpieces with varying thicknesses, without the need for additional adjustments.
Safety brushes – additional protective features located on both sides of the power feeder.
Secure stand – equipped with safety devices (SPS system) that prevent accidental detachment, in compliance with EC safety standards.
