BOTTENE – PASMEC molding line for beads and planks, composed as follows:

PASMEC automatic loader, year 2005 :

- plc for work cycle programming

- arm with suction system and vacuum pump

- useful stroke 1600mm, brushless motor and prismatic guides

- lateral aligners + pneumatic introducer pusher

BOTTENE TARGET 606 moulder with 6 shafts, year 2017:

– useful working measures 230x150mm

– cardan drive and differentiated pneumatic pressure

– variable feed speed 6 – 60 m/min with inverter

– feed motor KW 7,5 – HP 10

– upper feed wheel before the 1st shaft

– group of tandem feed wheels in front of the 2nd shaft

– overlapping feed wheels (upper + lower in plane):

*at the machine input, before the 1st shaft

*between 4th and 5th tree

*at the machine outlet, after the 6th shaft

– 1200mm short entrance surface

– lubrication pump

– protective cabin

– shafts D=50mm at 6000rpm

– complete with tools mounted on shafts 1 – 2 – 3 – 5 – 6

(note: the 4th mast has practically never been used)

2- right kw 11 – hp 15

4- above kw 18.5 – hp 25, with counter-support

5- above kw 15 – hp 20, with counter-support
