This professional joinery system represents a complete and automated solution for the production of solid wood windows and doors. Consisting of the SCM WINDOR 60 CNC machining center and the SCM Superset XL industrial moulding machine, the entire system is connected by an intelligent management platform, capable of coordinating machining operations, automatic loading and unloading, and workpiece transfer between the two machines.

Thanks to this mechanical-digital integration, the system is able to manage a complete work cycle, from initial butting and tenoning to final profiling of the frame, without manual intervention between phases. The result is a daily production of up to 40 complete windows, with consistent quality standards, high operating speed, and drastically reduced setup times.
