ERGOPACK 700E

The ErgoPack 700E is an ergonomic strap guiding system designed for vertical pallet strapping. The ErgoPack 700E is the electronic model of the ErgoPack strap guiding line. The chain is operated via a joystick, which controls the strap feeding, stopping, and retraction phases.

The ErgoPack 700E system is powered by a battery, providing approximately 150 to 400 strapping cycles per charge.

The technical materials used in the construction of the ErgoPack 700E make it highly resistant to impacts and wear. The vulcanized rubber wheels ensure smooth movement even on rough and uneven surfaces.

The ErgoPack 700E is compatible with polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) straps, with widths ranging from 9.0 mm up to 19.0 mm, and a maximum recommended thickness of 1.0 mm.

For proper operation, the minimum space between the pallet runners must be between 50 mm and 300 mm (the space where the chain is inserted). The pallet beams are bridged over and do not represent an issue.

Please note that the ErgoPack 700E is not a complete strapping system: a strap tensioner or strapping tool is required to complete the tensioning and sealing operation.
