Il sistema è composto da una tramoggia completa di miscelatore in cui si carica la segatura o cippatino fino, max 20 mm, con un’umidità del 11-12%.
Il prodotto, attraverso una coclea comandata da inverter, viene portato al raffinatore che riduce il materiale in segatura.
Successivamente, attraverso un ciclone, il materiale viene caricato nella tramoggia di accumulo posta sopra la pressa.
Da qui inizia il processo di pellettizzazione vero e proprio, appena esce dalla pressa, il pellet viene pulito dalle polveri attraverso il suo passaggio nel vibrovaglio.
Il pellet, infine, viene caricato in un nastro trasportatore che scarica direttamente nel cassonetto di accumulo della nostra insaccatrice semi automatica PMM-1000 o un big bag o un altro sistema di stoccaggio, a seconda delle esigenze.
Dal 2023 inoltre abbiamo anche personalizzato la linea all'interno di un container, ma ogni linea può essere modificata in base alle necessità e ai bisogni del cliente.

After that, through a cyclone, the material is loaded in the storage hopper placed above the press.
This is where the actual pelletizing process begins, as soon as it comes out of the press, the pellet is cleaned of dust through its passage in a vibrating screen.
At the end of the cycle, the pellet falls into the conveyor belt which discharge directly in our semi-automatic bagging machine PMM-1000 or a big bag or another storage system, depending on the needs.
