The machine in question is suitable for working mainly pre-squared and edged panels.
The heads should preferably be edged with a thick edge.
The carriage as it passes will make an orthogonal cut with respect to the direction of advancement of the panel and will do it at 45 ° leaving a part of the thickness edge commonly called "witness".
The squaring carriage is composed of 2 opposing heads of 90 ° each made up of an engraving motor unit and a chipping motor unit.
Machinery equipped with tools and controlled by a plc that governs electronic drives and inverters.
With the above processing you will have high quality 45 ° joints for a cabinet higher than 90 ° ones
Attention: machine as almost new, stopped since the end of 2012 and dismantled by us in April 2013, practically only worked 3 years.
We managed to recover it and now it is our property, for free sale, already tried and tested, fully functional in all its parts.
