INTRODUCTION AND PANEL ADVANCEMENT SYSTEM

SQUARING AREA FOR EACH SIDE

• Chamfering unit with 2 independent tilting motors on the horizontal from 0 ° to 45 ° - Automatic pneumatic exclusion of the unit - motor power 0,65 kW 12.000 rpm each

• Rounding unit with nr. 4 motori – Motors power kW 0,65 12.000 rpm each

• Moulding unit with pneumatic intervention

• Scraping unit with positioning of revolving groups managed by CN for the finishing of edges in ABS / PVC / PP of deep thickness to eliminate the imperfections derived from previous work on the top and bottom edge

• Glue scraping unit to remove any glue excess on the flat surface of the panel near the edges

• Brushing unit with 2 motors to clean and polish the rounded edge
