One single machine which has a Heating kiln and a cold forming press. Using a jig made of MDF or plywood this machine is able to form the composite material which has been previously heated in the kiln placed in the lower part of the machine. Forming occurs in the upper part of the machine by means of the vacuum action on the membrane up to max working piece height of 500 mm. As option we can offer box shaped silicon membranes able to process working pieces with a max height of 900/1200 mm.

What is: Solid surface is a man-made material usually composed of bauxite, acrylic or polyester resins and pigment. It is most frequently used for seamless countertop installations, such as artificial marble. It is a non-porous low-maintenance countertop surface. A man-made product, it has the ability to mimic the appearance of stone, wood and other natural materials, it can be even joined invisibly. The material can be formed to shape, which makes it appealing to commercial and industrial designers.
