• Complete, late model WOOD-MIZER Small Log Processing System. Cuts logs from 4" - 16" (10 mm - 400 mm) dia., and 36" to 11'-10" (900 mm - 3.6 m) long.
• Includes: Log deck, log breakdown, secondary breakdown, edger, and resaw.
• "TVS" 2-Head vertical band scragg mill; 15 HP (11 kW) electric motor on each head, 24" dia. belted cast steel band wheels, electric powered, variable speed, dogged chain feed system, from 0 - 82 FPM (0 - 25 MPM); tilted heads allow for easy slab removal.
• Equipped with: Computerized setworks, makes 2-sided cants from 3-1/4" - 9-3/4" (70 mm - 250 mm) wide; logs are loaded into a storage area and are singulated & fed into the twin saw via a powered lugged chain log deck.
• "SVS" Single Vertical is fitted with a laser sight-line to split or remove the 3rd side from 2-sided cants.
• "HR500" 4-Head horizontal Band Resaw; 15 HP (11 kW) electric motor on each head; 24" dia. belted cast steel band wheels, electric powered, variable speed, 7-1/2" (190 mm) wide flatbed steel conveyor feed system, from 0 - 82 FPM (0 - 20 MPM) with spring-loaded overhead holddown rollers; blade lubrication system.
• Control panel at front of machine, saw start/stop, feed start/stop, feed speed control, and E-stop at rear of machine.
• Neoprene spring blade tension, adjustable blade guide arms, heads can be tilted to cut tapers for siding.
• "EE25 MultiRip Edger" accepts up to (5) blades (one moveable) for use as a standard board edger or multi-rip.
• 20 HP (15 kW) Electric motor, (4) driven bottom rollers, (2) top pressure rollers, 13-3/3" (350 mm) 18-tooth blades.
• 3-Speed feed; feed speeds of 46 - 56 & 59 FPM (14 - 17 & 18 MPM); takes flitches or boards up to 21" (533 mm) wide, 2-1/4" (57 mm) thick.
