• Purchased by the current owner in 2007 and was never put into production; in storage since that time. • Laminator reconditioned with: New seals on the hydraulic roll lifting cylinders; new seals on the hydraulic pump; new oil heater. • Both Top & Bottom laminating rolls re-chromed; interior of both rolls cleaned & descaled; new bearing on top & bottom laminating rolls. • Both rolls modified with access plugs on the end to simplify and speed up the process of servicing & interior cleaning. • New pivot in both scissors lifts. • 65" Cap., Top & Bottom Laminator with oil heated chrome plated rollers, 14" roller dia., 25 - 106 FPM, 5 HP feed motor, 48 kW oil heating system, 400° F max. heating including over-temperature cutoff safety device. • Equipped with: 1 HP Oil circulation pump & a 1.5 HP hydraulic system for up to 900 PSI line pressure; 3" dia. x 4" stroke cylinders control roll pressure. • System requires: 60 KVA Electrical power supply and 100 PSI compressed air. • Complete with: Solid-State temperature, high limit & cool down controls; manual emergency stop system on all (4) columns to stop the drive & raise the rolls; optical emergency stop at the machine infeed, outfeed conveyor and infeed fence. • Includes: 360° Swivel Jib Crane for loading and unloading of paper rolls, COLUMBUS McKINNON model "F" 1/2 ton & electric hoist included; hoist operating speed of 16 FPM. • (2) Aluminum pneumatic core lug shafts manufactured by EMT INTERNATIONAL, Green Bay, Wisconsin; shafts eliminate the manual locking and greatly speed up roll re-loading (value of new shafts in 2007 ...$ 3,465). - [Ref.
